The Consort originated in May 2023 when Joshua Williams (CEO), Christopher Lacy (COO) and Phil Corin (CTO) came together to create a single agency from their individual efforts. The goal was to include operations, marketing and media production under one roof, providing clients with fully integrated executive level expertise. In time, they were joined by Kempe Scanlan (Director of Innovation) and Brit Shaked (Creative Director) who round provided additional expertise in technology, market research and creative direction.

No matter the partnership, our work is founded on extensive market research and analysis, strategic systems and strategies and thoughtful, authentic customer engagement. We are guided by the data, but acknowledge the subjective. Our approach is collaborative, both in ideation and implementation. We believe in building firm foundations, that includes team training and up-skilling, to ensure a company’s success long after our partnership ends.
